DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Central Measurement & Reporting
• Demand & Capacity Management
• Analyze, design and test multiple components of application code
• Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work

• Ensure standard and ad hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time

• Work with other functional teams to access and understand data to be analyzed

• Coordinate across multiple operations/teams to add reporting insight

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months experience on reporting (using MS Excel)

• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in building / mobilizing reports
• Knowledgeable in VBA and Macro to automate reports
• Working experience in data visualization (Tableau, Datazen, PowerBI) is preferred but not required

• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up and night shift schedule
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
