POSITION TITLE: Spanish Collections Support Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Spanish Credit Analyst is responsible for completing credit reviews for both new and existing customers to assist in making credit decisions in compliance with existing corporate policies, with a dedicated focused assignment on Argentina credit applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze customer requests for credit, assign credit lines, make credit recommendations, and take credit decisions in accordance with established corporate credit policies, procedures and authority matrix
• Work closely with the Spanish Customer/ Sales groups and assist with inquiries related to credit line application requests.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships and open communication with all departments in the Client/Sales workflow process.
• Perform both legal customer identity and credit validation for both B2B and B2C subset of client’s Argentina customers.
• Performs annual Argentina tax information validation and update project for both B2B and B2C customers in Argentina.
• Act as the level 1 point of contact for all Credit queries, related to Argentina / Spanish customers onboarding and tax related inquiries.
• Performs Financial statements translation from Spanish to English, which are reviewed by client / internal team.
• Client interaction – calls, emails, meetings & sales interaction.
• Maintain credit control timelines within SLA’s. /KPI’s which have been set out.
• Continual review of the training material provided by the client and providing feedback on any improvements, recommendations in any of the policies/procedures.
• Reporting – daily & Adhoc required both internally and externally.
• Policies & Procedures – best practice within the Credit team. Quarterly review of processes within the Credit team and ensure training is aligned to the team's requirements. Feedback should be gathered and delivered to the TL’s & Training Team.

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• ML (Spanish) work in Manila - No domain
• Familiar, open to higher proficiency when available
• At least 2 years of solid experience
• Customer Service experience is a plus.
• Proficient English & Spanish business communication skills; verbal and written
• Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
• Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations.
• Experience in team interactions and facilitation.
• Able to perform analysis of data and tasks of medium to high complexity
