POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Procurement Plus (P+) Designated Location Source To Contract Tower Lead will act as trusted business partner to business leadership and take accountability to ensure P+ delivers on our business promises related to supplier sourcing, purchasing, payment, and supplier management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Market Unit Stakeholder Management
• Market Unit Compliance Management (Legislations, Regulations and Law, Statutory Rules, Audit and Policy)
• Market Unit Transformation, Innovation & Standardization aligned w/ Global Programs
• Market Unit S2C & PTP Oversight
• Document and standardize Market Unit processes and align with Operational excellence Programs
• Manage Digi-portal Activities
• Centralize the view of the performance of a region
• On-board and off-board resources and manage the team
Main Accountabilities:
• Global/Market/MU Category Leads
Collaborate up and downstream to be kept informed of P+ strategy while keeping the consistent delivery approach on the P+ process per region. Plan for volume increases and request additional capacity if needed.
• Global/Market/MU CXL
Align on the regional strategy while keeping the consistent delivery approach on the P+ . Plan for volume increases and request additional capacity if needed. Work on escalations.
• CS&S P+ Global Capabilities Functional Leads (e.g., SI&S, Risk, ET)
Collaborate up and downstream to be kept informed of P+ strategy, account and customer requirements and priorities, and leverage the inputs of this group to plan and align delivery to business needs.Leverage these global capabilities and strategies to guide delivery outcomes and to seek direction, clarification, and support delivery efforts (including preparing for capacity or re-prioritization).
• Ops P+ Global Functional Leads (e.g., P2P, S2C, V&A)
Align and improve cross processes about all services executed within their regions and support any issue resolution and course correction if necessary. They monitor the stakeholder’s satisfaction regarding the delivery performance and operational efficiency in their regions and lead changes required.Escalate to these leads if delivery requires realignment or specialist support.
• Designated Location Leads
The Designated Location Tower Lead should collaborate closely with the DL MU Category Rep to ensure consistency in service to the Markets/MUs.They are to provide consistency on the delivery model, capacity and SLA’s.\

• Manage Roll-on and Roll-Off of resources for a region
• Document L4 and L5 processes for the MUs assigned
• Meet the MU Leads and Regional Categories to align on new processes and automations

• Recruitment, Training & Upskilling Plans
• Local R&C & Policy Controls
• Customer Satisfaction & support

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 8-12 years significant experience in procurement/strategic sourcing and/or supplier management (operational and strategic experience)
• At least 5 years leadership experience
• Has ops management, stakeholder management, and vendor management experience
• With good comms skills
• With deep knowledge and recent working experience in at least (but not limited to) two of the categories below: Facilities and Services, Professional attitude and superior negotiation skills, following international standards and requirements, Contingent Labor, HR and Professional Services, Travel and Accommodation, IT&T, or Marketing and Communications
• Experience in operating / supporting an operational Procurement team is desirable with “Source To Contract/Source To Pay” scope, not required
• With good computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with eSourcing tools (e.g. eRFx, eAuctions, Project and Contract Management Systems) is required
