POSITION TITLE: Japanese Procurement Operations Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:
P+ Payable Ops Vendor Management Processor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The P+ Payable Ops Vendor Management Processor is responsible to manage supplier Master Data and avoid potential risks for vendor creation and change activities; besides, understand global updates to vendor processes, communicate to team members and reflect concern. Make whole process standardized and promote automated process and reduce manual work; Communicate and support V&A batch vendor creation request, make sure process and risk control successfully and smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Experience with vendor data management process.
• Build and maintain a closely communication with other delivery center SMEs and optimize our process.
• Manage daily operation for vendor team ensuring service SLA/KPI are met or exceeded.
• Attendance to meetings and trainings for new updates/issues about vendor process activities.
• Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports to controllership and other function teams
• Make the whole process more standardized and align with local team to discuss the possibility of automation and drive the implementation.
• Monitor internal control, risk and compliance activities.
• Support V&A process
• Manage and develop closely relationships with key clients/stakeholders
• Take ownership

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 0 to 2yrs experience
• Japanese proficiency flexible to N3 to N1
• Japanese language + generic F&A domains are required
• Vendor Management / PTP domain is preferred
• College graduate with an accountancy/finance degree
