PROJECT NAME: Project Jake
POSITION TITLE: Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Data Processing and Analysis
1. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in Business Intelligence Tools.
2. Experience in processing structured and unstructured data, forecasting methods.
3. Collaborates with Data Engineer in maintaining database and dashboard of the Talent Intelligence Team.
4. Experience working with large data sets, familiarity/experience working with statistical computer languages (python, SQL, etc) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data set.
5. Develops visualization and analytical presentations needed to build market intelligence and insights.
6. Provides key insights based on various data sources, including those from market research projects.
Project Management
1. Handles various external vendors tapped for specific market research projects.
2. Implements market research projects to address business inquiries of various teams.
3. Coordinates with various vendors and stakeholders, monitors timelines of the project, and actively takes part in the execution of various market research projects.

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications:
Must Have:
1. Graduate of any Humanities, Social Science, Economics, IT-related or Statistics or Mathematics course
2. Must have handled either of the two functions:
a. Experienced in market research, talent research, competitive intelligence.
b. Experienced in data processing and data visualization using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense or Power BI.
3. Research skills and experience – either market research, business/financial research, competitive research.
4. Analysis and insight generation – preferably market research, but could also be business or financial research.
5. Keen on details; Social analytics; Knowledge on ASEAN talent market.
Preferably:
1. Wants to pursue a research career track – open to HR Talent Intelligence path.
2. Has experience in data processing using various spreadsheet and database tools.
3. Has experience in social listening, research & insights generation.
