POSITION TITLE: Delivery Business Interlock Associate Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Associate Manager works closely with their manager to validate and confirm training requirements. They are responsible for developing the detailed training plan that is used to deliver services. They monitor the progress of the plan and resolve issues or escalate where necessary. This role is responsible for leading a team of up to 15 Analysts/Specialists.
Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and management of a team, including staffing assignments, engagement, and career development
• Accountable for establishing, developing, and maintaining customer relationships
• Gather and translate high level requirements from customers into detailed training delivery solutions
• Collaborate with customers to create and maintain short-term and long-term course delivery plans and schedules
• Advise customers on the delivery strategy to ensure that it can be delivered within identified client parameters
• Prepare and communicate course delivery budgets based on requirements and gain customer approval
• Support Manager in the annual/quarterly delivery planning process
• Monitor the progress of logistic activities for planned sessions
• Communicate, escalate, and resolve program, course and training session issues including curriculum, financial, faculty, participant, and logistics with Supervisor and customer
• Develop deep understanding of the customer’s business objectives and expectations for the Program
• Provide session evaluation reports and recommendations for continuous improvements to Manager after sessions are completed
Other Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the overall leadership and vitality of the Delivery organization
• If requested, support the external client account teams with proposal development to sell Accenture Learning delivery services and participate in presentations to the client
• Foster use of best practices and encourage Delivery team innovations
• Liaison with other teams outside of Delivery as needed

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating or delivering training sessions in a corporate setting
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a global service delivery environment
• Minimum of 5 years of team management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good understanding of the Accenture Learning Delivery environment and delivery requirements
• Excellent project management skills
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
