---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: TBD POSITION TITLE: Learning Enablement Bus Interlock Assoc Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid Responsibilities: The Learning Enablement Associate Manager works with the Learning Partners responsible for the capability development agenda of a Value Stream. This position involves taking ownership for a particular part of a Learning Plan. Responsibilities: Learning Strategy Development Core Expectations: • Execute and drive learning strategy per business case or rationale for learning solution • Build and maintain Stakeholder relationships across Learning ecosystem to understand priorities to align strategy with business priorities • Evaluate inputs for learning strategy (e.g., talent roadmaps to support learning plans, broader business area Talent Strategy) • Understand business requirements • Document/Draft Learning Plan Key Activities: • Evaluate & collate inputs for learning strategy (including, leveraging of Talent Roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans and the business areas broader Talent Strategy) • Analyze skills and audience needs, and determine gaps • Schedule and attend calls with sponsors to understand business priorities, learning objectives/ requirements • Document/Draft the Learning Plan; solve for the learning need and determine comprehensive approach • Recommend the learning approach/program or improvements to existing programs, together with the business case or rationale for the learning solution • Evaluate the efficacy of the learning solution (through session debriefs, faculty feedback, evaluation reviews, etc.) Curriculum Planning and Management • Evaluate curated learning assets identified for the curriculum • Recommend potential solutions for learning gap • Understand and manage stakeholder and business sponsor expectations Key Activities: • Develop new curriculum for new area to be supported • Gather inputs from Stakeholders and Business Sponsors; curate learning assets identified for the curriculum • Research and recommend potential solutions for learning gaps • Partner with Return on Learning (ROL) for the annual curriculum planning process, timelines, affordability, budget approvals, etc. • Provide guidance in the development and recommend actions to take in maintenance of curriculum • Coordinate with myCredential team to ensure certifications are included in Coordinate with myCredential team to ensure certifications are included in myCredential platform • Managing ecosystem partner certification- (for example Workday, Cloud) • Tracking certification completions; download external certification reports • myCredential platform • Manage ecosystem partner certification- (for example Workday, Cloud) • Track certification completions; download external certification reports • Test and QA materials Identify materials maintenance plan (course content/materials) • Coordinate with PoC to identify topics/SMEs and develop agenda • Identify technology needs • Identify materials maintenance plan (course content/materials) OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Practical understanding of types of learning solutions and architectures available and when they are best used • Strong Program/Project Management skills with a proven record in execution • Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities • Ability to network and build positive relationships with others, including SMEs and Senior Accenture Leadership • Relentlessly drive progress on several initiatives at the same time; influence people to get things done • Basic understanding of the types of learning solutions available and when they are best used • Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities • Ability to network and build positive relationships with others, including SMEs and sponsors • Relentlessly drive progress on several initiatives at the same time; influence people to get things done • Continually focus on value-added activities and continuous improvement • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Strong attention to detail • Thrive in a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment • Maintain a positive attitude in the face of difficult situations • Global Cultural awareness • Strong communication skills
