---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: TBD POSITION TITLE: Learning Enablement Business Interlock Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid OVERALL PURPOSE: The Learning Enablement Manager works as a Strategic Business Partner/Trusted Advisor for overall program design with the Learning Partners responsible for the capability development agenda of a Value Stream. This position involves taking ownership for a sizeable area of the Learning Plan within the entity and managing the training enablers required of the strategy that are not related to learning asset development and deployment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Core Expectations: • Partner with Sponsors and Stakeholders to create strategic approach • Drive discussions with Sponsors and Stakeholders across the Learning Ecosystem* to understand and confirm business requirements (*Ecosystem partners include LPD, LXD, ROL, KS, Delivery, I&T; Sponsors include Business Partners) • Recommend new learning approach/program or existing program improvements along with business case/rationale for learning solution Key Activities: • Analyze skills and audience needs, and determine gaps • Oversee the design of the learning strategy framework for the capability/specialization to show how target audience will progress across proficiency level • Evaluate inputs for Learning strategy (including, leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans and the business area broader Talent Strategy) • Recommend the learning approach/program or improvements to existing programs, together with the business case or rationale for the learning solution • Ensure that ongoing and post session results are provided to all to Sponsors and Stakeholders Curriculum Planning and Management Core Expectations: • Determine approach and provide guidance in curriculum development and maintenance • Plan and estimate annual affordability for the curriculum (Cost Modeling Exercise) • Develop a point of view on the learning strategy • Conduct continuous conversations with the Business to understand priorities and imperatives as they evolve and change; drive conversations to manage stakeholder expectations • Identify risks; create plans to mitigate Key Activities: • Oversee development new curriculum for new area to be supported • Research and recommend learning assets to be included in the curriculum (or removed from existing curriculum) • Evaluate curated learning assets identified for the curriculum • Create/update learning guidance resources (learning path, curriculum sites/slides) • Oversee the maintenance of existing curriculum to ensure continued relevance to target audience, skills, proficiency level • Recommend potential solutions for learning gaps • Lead weekly status meetings and provide guidance to address risks and issues • Work with Team resources to identify source content, curate and provide context on the learning request • Develop plan; obtain sponsor inputs and approval • Confirm materials maintenance plan • Coordinate with PoC to identify topics/SMEs and develop agenda Per team staffing – some of these activities below may be completed by a CL8 • Oversee Vendor Relationship Management (may include reporting, SSO integration, License and Voucher activities) • Work with LE Team/ le Team Associate Leads to: o Identify and recruit SMEs and Facilitators for the course o Organize and coordinate relevant team resources to deliver the course • Research and identify shortlist of vendors • Review and select vendor; manage contracts; securing business case approval, as applicable • Coordinate with LVM and Delivery for session schedules and support delivery of Vendor trainings & certifications o Identify Technology needs o Recruit Facilitators/Presenters Learning Program Value Architecting Core Expectations: • Provide consultation and support to partners during learning delivery as needed • Define and assess effectiveness of the learning program/s Key Activities: • Identify and confirm Learning Value Metrics with Business Sponsors • Confirm evaluation strategy • Review metrics analysis to derive insights to take better data driven business decisions and create plan for action; report to Leadership/Stakeholders • Oversee development of dashboards • Confirm/Approve communications for learning/certification campaign • Collaborate with team resources to design the learning communication campaign (flairs/badge program, hackathon, etc.) o Training (Accenture internal) • Classroom or Blended • Provide context and inputs on the learning need • Identify and recruit SMEs and Facilitators for the course • Conduct debriefs to determine what works and what needs improvement • Virtual: Develop plan and get sponsor inputs and approval o Training (Vendor): Classroom/Blended – Review and select vendor o Learning Boards – Provide context and inputs on the learning need o Learning Campaigns – Solve for the learning need and determine approach Operations Management Core Expectations: • Budget review and management for the client entity and/or the LE team • Function across all Agile roles and build maturity of Agile team • Staffing Strategy and Team Engagement Strategy – Monitor team engagement and performance • Responsible for staff planning, recruitment, onboarding work assignments and team engagement • People Lead – the next evolution of today career counselor and supervisor roles (reference: Workday page for People Leads) Key Activities: • Confirm Team resources to deliver the course • Drive team engagement and performance o Budget – Partner with SDL to manage budget, may be assigned the responsibility of owning or, at the very least, managing the budget of the client entity and/or the LE team; provide input as applicable o Collaboration – builds and maintains productive relationships with clients or other AL groups leadership o Internal projects – lead and manage internal LE team projects o Lead weekly status meetings and provide guidance to address risks and issues o Coordinate with Learning Vendor Management (LVM) for session schedules and securing business case approval o Monitor materials development progress o Participate in and/or self-organize to conduct Scrum Activities Daily Stand Ups (DSU) Key Relationships: • Business Entity Sponsors • Learning & Leadership Development teams and organizations • Finance • HR • Other AL groups/teams • Learning Ecosystem Partners • People Lead for LE Associate Managers OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Basic qualifications: • Minimum of 6 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering and solutioning) • Minimum of 6 years of client relationship management experience Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor degree • Minimum of 4 years of learning strategy experience • Minimum of 4 years of innovative learning solutions experience • Minimum of 5 years of problem-solving experience? • Minimum of 5 years of influencing others • Minimum of 4 years of financial planning and budgeting experience Education: • Bachelor degree in business, organizational development, adult learning, or equivalent experience Preferred Experience: • Practical understanding of types of learning solutions and architectures available and when they are best used • Strong Program/Project Management skills with a proven record in execution • Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities • Ability to network and build positive relationships with others, including SMEs and Senior Accenture Leadership • Relentlessly drive progress on several initiatives at the same time; influence people to get things done Professional Qualifications: • Basic understanding of the types of learning solutions available and when they are best used • Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others
