POSITION TITLE: Learning Partner Specialist
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate buy versus build decisions for learning solutions, leveraging global assets where possible.
• Lead the development of content for capability development programs.
• Develop reporting and measurement process for assessing learning program value.
• Develop communications strategies to build awareness of learning programs.
• Work across teams to develop and implement certification programs.
• Getting everyone together for a five-day classroom course would be a lot of fun. But let me suggest a blend of different experiences that would be more likely to create the lasting leadership skills we need.
• If we identify a training vendor to cover these standardized trainings, we can free up capacity to put more attention on our new Applied Intelligence Academy.
• We know this audience values networking and collaboration. Let’s design our learning experience to maximize connections across our people.
• Our forecast suggests that we are on a path for overspend by Q3. Let’s take a Zero-Based Budgeting approach to our next six months.
