---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: TBD POSITION TITLE: Delivery Business Interlock Analyst WORK SETUP: Hybrid Responsibilities: - We act as the integrator across HR processes and functions to ensure seamless delivery of HR services to our people and practice leads. - We oversee a shared team across performance, rewards, workforce/payroll planning, leadership matters, reporting & analytics and other key/strategic HR programs - Oversee the reporting and insights on key metrics and trends impacting our practices, to help our business runners optimize their decisions - Plan, communicate and drive successful execution of our performance achievement and rewards processes in the market units and market wide Services - Workforce planning and forecasting aligned to payroll and revenue growth projections ? Ensure the HR teams in the market units and market wide services have the tools and enablement needed to be successful in their roles OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Quezon Gateway Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor's degree · Minimum 2 years related experience · Supervisory experience not required · Good communications skills
