POSITION TITLE: Learning Coach and Faculty Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
The Instructor Specialist delivers high-quality training, instruction, or coaching to audiences using a variety of media types.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Own end to end faculty experience of central sessions running at Accenture.
• Coach faculty on teaching, presentations & experience sharing throughout the session
• Enhance facilitation skills of faculty and help them achieve learning outcomes successfully. (ILT & VILT)
• Bring evidence-based classroom engagement activities and help faculty enhance learner experience in the classroom (virtual and face-to-face)
• Play a role of an expert at in-class coaching, observing, modeling instructional strategies, developing & curating lesson plans, integrate technology in learning, support faculty in planning
CONTENT EXPERT & MASTER TRAINER
• Actively demonstrate expertise in some of the key leadership & behavioral skills and facilitate them as needed. Such as: Social Styles, Building
• Valued Business Partnerships, Basics of FORM, AGILE, LDNA, Art of Storytelling, Problem Solving, Design Thinking, Executive Coaching, Inclusive Leadership, and more
• Get certified on all assigned learning courses and actively deliver those programs across Accenture
• Strive to become a master trainer of all assigned learning courses
PARTNER WITH DESIGN TO IMPACT LEARNER EXPERIENCE
• A Learning coach is charged with acquiring the knowledge, skills, and instructional strategies to effectively observe & monitor the school design and report if it’s helping the learner
• Provide feedback on curriculum, instructional materials provided and overall learner experience design to the design team and partner with them in making learning durable on the ground
GLOBALLY CONNECTED & LOCALLY FOCUSED
• Establish strong network among learning coaches across the globe and:
• Bring in ‘learner at the center’ culture in all learning centers and beyond
• Partner with Learning Coach Lead / Learning Center Lead on project specific initiatives
• Come up with creative cost saving ideas
• Call for best practice sharing across the learning center community
• Develop strong working relationship with clients & stakeholders: Session planners, Requestors, Learning Partners, Sponsors and Key Leadership

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Learning Delivery organization planning and delivering sessions
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global service delivery environment
