---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: TBD POSITION TITLE: Talent Planning & Operations Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inter-connect talent metrics to draw logical inferences for HR Service Delivery Leads • Develop recommendations to headcount and supply / demand challenges • In conjunction with CoE Advisor, develop capacity plans that are affordable, executable and business relevant. • Forecast key supply / demand metrics via the PCM to support dynamic talent decision making. • Work with finance to manage payroll growth against revenue growth OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 8-12 years related experience • Minimum 5-10 years managerial/leadership experience • Stakeholder management experience • Good comms skills
