Identify or develop existing learning assets, creating viable solutions. Deploy knowledge, collaboration, communication and training enablers as outlined in the capability/leadership strategy. • Develop and execute HR programs • Develop, deliver, and/or support the Human Capital Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each program/entity • Serve and/or support the processes for ensuring employees needs are met throughout the entire HR life cycle Oversee, plan, and/or support key HR functions such as annual performance management cycles, supply/demand management, employee engagement and people programs, total rewards, and talent development • Provide counsel to project executive teams on career planning, leadership development and people management • Design, build and/or support HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver to Accenture’s long term HR strategy and business goals • Define requirements to shape HR strategy, programs, processes and services to fulfill business needs • Provide strategic and respected HR advice, handling employee discipline and grievances, as appropriate • Actively leverage global assets and frameworks where possible Make buy/build decisions for development and deployment of learning assets • Partner with the CoE and business teams to build and deploy learning solutions to meet local needs regarding capability development and leadership development (leverage Accenture Learning and other vendors where appropriate) • Lead the development, customization, and sourcing of content for capability development programs (leveraging Accenture learning and other vendors as appropriate) • Lead the framework for development, analysis, and reporting of effectiveness and quality measures across all capability programs and interpret evaluation strategies to gauge capability program value OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree • Exposure to MD Space • 5+ years of experience in Learning Delivery (preferably BPO setting) with 2 years Leadership Experience • Learning Solutions and Strategy, Project Management & Program Management • Presentation Skills • Excellent Communication Skills
