POSITION TITLE: Quality Senior Manager
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
The Quality Lead oversees the quality audit and improvement processes for Health Admin Operations quality programs for assigned healthcare clients. He/she uses expertise and knowledge of health care delivery systems (enrollment, billing and AR, claims, provider, and other health admin processes) to provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of Health Admin Operations quality programs and audit processes. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, monitoring performance, and resolving quality issues.

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 12 years work experience
• Has skills on the following
o Budgeting and forecasting
o Contact Center Workforce Management
o Metrics & Reporting
o Operational Excellence
o Operations Management
o Resource Management
o Service Quality Management
