PROJECT NAME: Project Crescent
POSITION TITLE: Japanese HR Service Delivery Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE:
• Management of candidate selection process
• Transferee support
• Support for project assignment
• Preparation of various reports
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SELECTION
・Microsoft Teams, File Rights Management
・Coordination of recruitment requirements, collection of applications, initial checking of documents and data storage
・Request for selection of document selector, collection of results and response to reminders
・Interview coordination support (the interview setting itself is coordinated by the base HR and the interviewer): Collect evaluation forms, confirm content, and store data
・Request and Obtain Acceptance Final Approval for Successful Interviewers
ONBOARDING
・Salary calculations and contacts to locations with reference to certain tables, and confirmation and recovery of new employee information for decision makers
・Formal Offer creation and submission of approval requests, Offer notification to candidates, followed by job offers and communication about training
・Information collaboration with Onboarding and other related teams
Support for new employees
・Memorandum of Understanding Sending and Collecting
・Responding to inquiries about training etc.
EXTENSION/TERMINATION AND OTHER PROCEDURES
・Target list creation
・Confirmation of extension and termination of applicable person to PJ MGR/department (DTE) In case of extension by PJ termination &DTE judgment, confirmation of intention to extend applicable person and other subsequent procedures, in case of termination, notification of termination to relevant department and replacement of cost center
・Procedures for changing location, DTE, Project, etc.
・Procedures for Permanent Transfer
REPORT
・Various reports
INQUIRY
・Responding to inquiries from employees, HRP and HR offices
System and process review
・Consider introducing IOP
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. With 3-4 years relevant work experience in HR delivery
2. Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
3. Knowledge in Excel
4. Individual Contributor
5. Japanese Level - N1/Native
6. English Level - Business Level B1
