Work with other functional teams to access / understand data to be analyzed. Coordinate across multiple operations / teams to add reporting insight. Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code.RESPONSIBILITIES:1) Central Measurement & Reporting2) Deliver high performance through performance optimization3) Demand & Capacity Management4) Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code5) Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development workSKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:• Open to candidates with no experience• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Knowledgeable in building / mobilizing reports in MS Excel• Knowledgeable in VBA and Macro to automate reports• Working experience in Programming, SQL, SSIS, SSRS (e.g. building Tables, creating ETL packages (Extract, Transform, Loading packages), creating SSRS reports) - SSIS and SSRS good to have but not required• Working experience in data visualization (Tableau, Datazen, PowerBI) - good to have but not required• Keen attention to detail• Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision• Good communication skillsA plus on the skills:• Knowledge on risk and issue management• Knowledge on project management• Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skillsOTHERS:Project Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2Project / Team Shift Schedule: Night ShiftProject / Team Rest Day: Weekends Off
