Job Description
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support or inbound sales.
Qualifications
Graduate of any business course (preferable Accounting-related) Bahasa Indonesia (read-write), preferably native-language Has general knowledge of PTP (Accounts Payable) domain and processes SAP knowledge is an advantage Proficient in MS Excel, reporting skills is an advantage
