Job Description

- Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
- Perform triage, investigation, and resolution for incidents
- Execute tasks related to Essbase service requests data query, extract, etc
- Be able to perform data reconciliation as required by the client
- Be able to monitor the batch runs related to the client business functions
- Be able to perform RCA of support callouts/escalations
- Be able to document resolution and task fulfillment in ServiceNow
- Provides timely status reporting to the leads
- Provides comprehensive updates in ServiceNow

Qualifications

- Graduate of any IT relevant course

                         - Minimum 2 years technical working experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase is required

                             - Experience in Production Support

                             - Oracle Certification is a plus
