Program/Project Management Lead

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the mobilization and operational management of the Project Management Office. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Support team members in their roles and foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
