Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the maintenance and support of production and development systems. - Engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms. - Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. - Document technical processes and solutions for future reference. - Provide training and support to junior team members as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in AWS Administration. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux, Server Operating Systems. - Must be AWS Certified at least Associate Level - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices. - Ability to work with automation tools for system management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
