Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to brainstorm solutions, analyzing user requirements, and creating application designs that enhance functionality and user experience. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop application components that meet specified requirements. - Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Sitecore. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with content management systems and web development technologies. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Sitecore. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
