Application Developer

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application solutions, and ensuring that the applications are robust and meet the necessary standards for functionality and security. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Document application processes and maintain up-to-date records of application configurations and changes. - Provide support and troubleshooting for application-related issues as they arise. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Application Packaging. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Deployment Management, Application Security Testing, Application Security Reviews. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with scripting languages to automate application packaging processes. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
