Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary interface between the client and the monitoring platform, ensuring seamless integration and support. - Collaborate with delivery and application teams to assess and implement optimal monitoring strategies using Datadog. - Design and configure dashboards, alerts, and reports tailored to application-specific needs. - Conduct brown bag sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to onboard application teams to Datadog and ICN IM ITOM tools. - Provide best practices and enablement to empower teams in using Datadog for proactive monitoring and incident prevention. - Analyze incidents lacking monitoring coverage and recommend appropriate observability solutions. - Continuously assess and refine monitoring strategies based on successful implementations and evolving requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues, ensuring high availability and accuracy of observability data. - Maintain high standards of communication and documentation to support operational excellence. Qualifications: - Proven experience with Datadog (dashboards, monitors, integrations, APM, logs, etc.). - Strong understanding of monitoring concepts, observability, and IT operations. - Familiarity with ITOM tools and integration with enterprise monitoring platforms. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
