TOSCA Testsuite Senior Analyst
Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. #li-ph
Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall quality of software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, participating in code reviews, and identifying areas for improvement in the testing lifecycle. Your role will also include monitoring and reporting defects, which will help drive continuous improvement in the quality assurance process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews to enhance the quality of the codebase.
- Monitor and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Identify and implement best practices in testing methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with API testing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
