Performance & Reliability Engineer

Summary: As a Performance and Reliability Engineer, you will support the technology systems' performance and reliability to meet service level targets. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal system performance, deploying continuous performance and capacity models, and utilizing monitoring tools to assess system health. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to key decisions that enhance the overall reliability of technology systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and reliability. - Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team to promote best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring, System Monitoring Tools & Techniques, Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with incident management and response processes. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
