The Recruiting Lead Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation of Workday Recruiting module through all stages of the implementation lifecycle Key responsibilities include Coordinate planning and execution of activities to gather assess and define configuration requirements from stakeholders eg local markets Act as a Subject Matter Expert identifying best practices risks and mitigations to find the best solution to meet client s requirements Document all design decisions Configure and unit test all Time Off and Leave Plans Coordinate and review the team s designs and configuration if working on a high volume implementation Business Process design and configuration for all Absence processes Configuration coordination and business dependencies across project workstreams including HCM Payroll Time Tracking Security Reporting Conversion and Integrations Support all testing cycles responsible for defect resolution Complete the Absence Delivery Assurance review process to ensure compliance Support or own the Time Off Balance and Leave Event conversion efforts??? Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
