Project Control Services Practitioner

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and implementing strategies to address any challenges that arise, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results within the established timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular status reports for management review. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on project experiences. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation tools. - Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with risk management processes and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
