Summary:
As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing vision to Application Development Teams by utilizing modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset. Your typical day will involve working with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
- Develop strategies to improve team performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Genesys Contact Center Implementation
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Genesys Call Center SIP Telephony, Genesys Contact Center Operation
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies
- Experience in implementing Genesys solutions
- Knowledge of SIP telephony protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve contact center issues

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center Implementation
- This position is based at our Manila office
