THE WORK:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, developing solutions, and ensuring the functionality of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop applications.
- Configure applications to meet business process requirements.
- Perform database administration tasks to ensure application functionality.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Sybase Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong understanding of database management and administration.
- Experience in application development and configuration.
- Knowledge of SQL and database query optimization.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Sybase Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Manila office.
