Job Title: Project Manager - UKG Ready Implementation Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in implementing UKG Ready products. The ideal candidate should have exposure to SaaS implementations, possess comprehensive IT implementation skills, and demonstrate a successful track record of managing stakeholders in North America. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project management for the implementation of UKG Ready products. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. • Assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks during the implementation process. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in North America, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant fields. • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in project management, particularly in SaaS implementation. • Strong familiarity with UKG Ready products or similar workforce management solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with North American stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant certifications. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in global settings. • Knowledge of NA Payroll, HR and Workforce Management processes is a plus.
