Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of programs or projects to meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring execution, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead project planning and execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Financial Risk Management (FRM)
- Strong understanding of project management principles

- Working or with background in Banking and Financial Services.
- Non-Tech resources with deep exposure and understanding in Industry.
- Resources with experience or background in loans or payments. 
- Experience in defining project scope and deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Risk Management (FRM)
- This position is based at our Manila office.
