Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include monitoring infrastructure, collaborating with team members to discuss challenges, and providing solutions to enhance system performance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your expertise in the field while contributing to the overall success of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring tools to ensure system reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues. - Document processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. - Provide training and support to junior team members as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Server Operating Systems x86. - Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system performance. - Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify potential issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
