Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems using Google Workspace. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users. - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. - Document technical processes and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues. - Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks. - Implement system upgrades and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace. - Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices. - Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Knowledge of system testing and quality assurance processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in Google Workspace. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
