Security Engineer

Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your typical day will involve providing services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. Job Description for Cybersecurity Strategy Development: * Performs cybersecurity maturity assessments aligned to best practices, industry standards, and frameworks. * Provides organizations with strategic plans to reach their target cybersecurity maturity scores through workshops and presentations. * Bridges the gap between the governance and technical teams of the whole cybersecurity department of an organization. * Technically inclined to provide advise and direction to cybersecurity technical teams with any of the following backgrounds: * Digital Forensics and Incident Response and Security Operations Center * Cyber Threat Intelligence * Threat Hunting * Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Management * Communicates with the different stakeholders which includes the client and Accenture to address identified gaps on their existing cybersecurity capabilities. * Leads different cybersecurity teams to reach the goals identified based on the results of the strategic assessment. Requirements: * Actual experience on the triage and remediation of Cybersecurity incidents. * Familiarity with different Cybersecurity Frameworks and how it is deployed and affects the organization. * Familiarity with different Cybersecurity policies including region/country specific policies. * Actual experience on service delivery models. * Consulting and client-facing experience. * Proficient in report writing and highly capable on presenting technical details to non-technical people. * Highly proficient on the easy identification and understanding of client requirements and needs based on their architectural diagrams, process and procedural gaps. * Experience on leading projects aimed to develop and improve existing processes and procedures. Has experience on any of the following: * Actual experience on penetration testing and vulnerability management * Actual experience on threat intelligence * Actual experience on Digital Forensics and Incident Response * Actual experience on threat hunting Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
