Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems using Google Workspace. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
- Implement and maintain system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Document and communicate system issues and resolutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Experience in system enhancement implementation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of technical support and end-user guidance best practices.
- Proficiency in system issue documentation and communication.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Google Workspace.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
