Job Title: TLM Application Consultant - UKG Ready WFM Module Implementation Role Overview: We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for WFM Modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduler, Leave, Attendance, and similar functionalities. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, along with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of UKG Ready WFM Modules according to client specifications and requirements. • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality. • Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying WFM Modules effectively. • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing WFM Modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms. • Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models. • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications or training related to WFM systems implementation or relevant modules. • Experience in customizing and configuring WFM Modules to meet specific client needs. • Knowledge of industry best practices in WFM Module implementation and integration. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
