Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain data solutions using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Create and manage data pipelines for efficient data processing. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. - Implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Administration. - Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions. - Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
