Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success. - Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. - Monitor project progress and address any issues. - Prepare and present project status reports. - Identify and mitigate project risks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Knowledge of service level agreement management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Management Governance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
