Application Support Engineer

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve independently performing tasks and becoming subject matter experts in Microsoft Intune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME in Windows 365. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune systems and Windows 365. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. - Implement and maintain system configurations and updates. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document processes and procedures for system maintenance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Windows 365. - Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of system configuration and maintenance. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows 365. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
