Job Description

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet operational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure operational efficiency and system reliability. - Implement best practices for system maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Veritas NetBackup Administration - Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes. - Experience in managing and configuring backup solutions. - Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies. - Familiarity with storage technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
