Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Qualification

Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. Your typical day will involve leading the software development team, applying your expertise in PeopleSoft HCM to support client projects and entities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems
- Ensure the successful implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM solutions
- Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving technical issues

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Experience in leading software development projects
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Development
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
- This position is based at our Manila office
