As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve acting as software detectives to ensure seamless operations of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems.
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of software upgrades and patches.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Technical Documentation
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Documentation.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
