Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure smooth operation of critical business systems.
- Implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
- Analyze and resolve software-related issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SCADA Configuration & Administration.
- Strong understanding of software systems.
- Experience in software troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and maintenance.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SCADA Configuration & Administration.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
