Software Development Engineer

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Develop strategies to improve team efficiency - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Strong understanding of database management principles - Experience in optimizing database performance - Knowledge of database security best practices - Ability to troubleshoot database issues effectively Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Database Administration - This position is based at our Manila office Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
