THE WORK:
As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, implementing best practices for service delivery, and supporting infrastructures and technology initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Ensure the integrity and governance of systems.
- Implement best practices for delivering services.
- Develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives.
- Adhere to existing standards and methods of delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure operational excellence.

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Database Administration
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration
- Strong understanding of database management principles.
- Experience in optimizing database performance.
- Proficiency in database security and backup procedures.
- Knowledge of database troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams for system enhancements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Database Administration.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
- Required certification: AWS Solution Architect Associate / Azure Support Administrator Associate
