Software Development Lead

Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading a team, applying your expertise in software development, and supporting projects with your technical knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the team in software development tasks
- Ensure project milestones are met
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
- Experience in leading software development projects
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Application Framework
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Self-motivated and good team player.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition
- This position is based at our Manila office
