Job Description

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement agile program management strategies and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement agile program management strategies. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges. - Ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Agile Program Management. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
