Application Support Engineer

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing dynamic services to identify and solve issues within critical business systems using C++ and/or Java programming language. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems to ensure smooth operations. Role may also include Application Development tasks, taking requirements for products or enhancements and developing solutions as needed by the client. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. - Collaborate with team members to address system problems. - Implement solutions to enhance system performance. - Provide technical support to end-users. - Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in C++ Programming Language - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition - Strong understanding of software development principles. - Knowledge of debugging and testing methodologies. - Familiarity with database management systems. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex code structures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in C++ Programming Language. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
