Application Developer

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, developing and testing applications, and ensuring they align with project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Agile Program Management - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Agile principles. - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
