Job Description

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Qualifications

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of programs or projects to achieve business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring execution, and communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead project planning and execution - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management - Strong understanding of project management principles - Experience in managing complex programs or projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
